Criminal defence Fees:
If Legal Aid funding is not available, you can instruct us on a personal basis.
We generally charge a daily Magistrates Court attendance fee of £600,00 and an additional £1,800.00 for all cases that proceed to contested hearings, such as trials and Special Reasons hearings. These fees exclude VAT and disbursements, such as expert witness or barristers’ fees.
