Menpal is a supervising solicitor and the founder of Montague Solicitors since its inception in 2005 He is the driving force behind the success of the firm, a firm renowned for its high client satisfaction and outstanding results.

Historically the form has dealt with immigration and conveyancing. Now the practice is focused on individual and business immigration. In 2010 Menpal began working with people in need of international protection and has since developed a practice in business immigration.

Menpal is also an advocate dealing with complex UK immigration appeals before the First Tier and Upper Tribunal. Under his tutelage Montague Solicitors has an unprecedented record on successful judicial review matters, appeal to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Menpal has acted in matters which are Country Guidance cases at the Upper Tribunal.

Montague Solicitors have advised corporate structures and high net worth individuals on changes to rules to ensure compliance and advice to clients coming to the UK. Prior to opening the firm Menpal was a member of the Law Society’s Immigration Panel and was supervisor of  external firms to ensure compliance with public contracts awarded by the Government.

As well as working on a number of personal immigration matters tailored to individuals, Menpal has also been instructed on sponsorship applications and on all aspects of the new routes on the Global Mobility Visa platforms.
